Personal Trainer

Trainers Certifications & Education:

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM); Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM); Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA); Ironman Certified Triathlon Coach; USAT Level 1 Coach; and USA Certified Swimming Coach

Reason Why You Became a Personal Trainer:

Fitness is a choice; I enjoy helping people learn how to make small changes that lead to huge satisfaction.  Our mental and emotional wellbeing is tied to our health. If we take care of our health, all aspects of life improve, and it all begins with small steps. I like to be a guide for people anywhere on their fitness journey.

Fitness Interests & Hobbies:

As a former NCAA D-1 Athlete (women’s swimming, University of Alabama), I still like to scratch that competitive itch through multisport, I compete in Aquabike (Swim/bike), which is like 2 legs of a triathlon. I was the 2018 standard aqua bike national champion and competed in my first World Championships in August of 2024 which was held in Australia.
