Passionate about fitness and lifestyle, Shannon founded the Boundless Foundation, building 12 schools in just over 2 years to end generational poverty through education and community building. She consults global change leaders, guiding them on creating a lasting living legacy. Shannon’s philosophy of “rich and radical” living emphasizes unconditional love, gratitude, maximized health and wealth, and abundant connection to heart, human beings, and spirit.
Together, Jesse and Shannon are the dynamic duo behind GYMGUYZ in Pennsylvania, committed to making a meaningful impact on communities. A former track athlete, she transitioned to strength training and earned her Kinesiology degree from Pennsylvania State University. Since 2021, Jasmine has empowered clients through individualized programming, nutritional guidance, and personal development. Focusing on women’s health and empowerment, Jasmine has enjoyed working with clients to exercise safely during pregnancy and postpartum. Her expertise enables her to provide safe and effective training for women navigating these life stages and rebuild their bodies stronger. Whether your goal is gaining strength, losing weight, or boosting confidence, Jasmine creates customized plans to support your journey. Kendra is a certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification. Since December 2022. She has been designing tailored exercise programs to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. She educates members on current health and fitness trends and possess extensive knowledge of anatomy, functional exercise, basic nutrition, and exercise science. Her passion for fitness drives her to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through proper cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance exercises. She conducts fitness assessments, demonstrate and teach exercises with feedback on technique, and create and instruct group fitness classes, all while providing excellent customer service.

As a personal trainer, Maureen is passionate about helping others discover their inner strength and achieve what once seemed impossible. Maureen believes in a balanced approach, combining high-intensity workouts like HIIT and strength training with restorative practices such as Pilates. She also enjoys outdoor activities with her dog, Zahira.
Maureen has a special focus on women’s health, understanding the unique fitness and wellness needs of women at different stages of life. She aims to address these needs with personalized training programs that promote overall well-being and confidence. Beyond fitness, Maureen has a deep love for nutrition and strives to support everyone she works with in thriving both inside and outside the gym. She truly loves what she does and is committed to making a positive impact in the fitness community.

Pollie, a certified personal trainer, is passionate about strength training and building lean muscle mass, especially in women. She believes that having a strong body is essential for living a healthy and happy life. Pollie also believes that lifting heavy weights safely can boost your mood and give you the confidence to chase your dreams.
Pollie is a mother and wife as well as a teacher. She enjoys cooking healthy foods, gardening, pickle ball and she’s learning to play golf. Pollie strongly believes in the concept of progressive overload, which involves gradually increasing the intensity of workouts over time. Additionally, she values creativity in designing workout routines to ensure they remain engaging and enjoyable. You’ll be smiling through the workouts and finish with a sense of power!

Alexi is a Philadelphia resident who was born and raised in Jamaica. He attended Temple University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science. During his time at Temple, he interned with Temple Athletics as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and worked at several Physical Therapy Institutes to familiarize with injury rehabilitation and prevention. Currently working as a Trainer, he has worked with a variety of different clients ranging from high school students to senior citizens and everyone in between. He prides himself in helping his clients set realistic goals, celebrating all their wins, and having fun.

Meet Tamar, a dedicated women’s coach and yoga teacher who specializes in a unique form of yoga tailored for the female body, nervous system, and hormones. Her beautiful flow is designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, activate their core and feminine strength, and reignite their passion for life. As the Fit Kidz Coordinator at GYMGUYZ, she specializes in creating fun, interactive, and confidence-boosting fitness experiences that make movement exciting for children. She believes that building strength, confidence, and a love for movement at an early age lays the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.
In addition to her work with kids, Kelsey is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Nutrition Expert, and Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner who takes a whole-body approach to health. By addressing not just physical fitness but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, she helps individuals and families create long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Whether working with kids or adults, her goal is to inspire, educate, and empower every person she meets—making health a fun, rewarding, and lifelong journey.
