Jodi Delgado
Business Development Manager/Group Fitness Instructor/Certified Personal Trainer
Bio :
Jodi has worked in the fitness industry for more than 15 years. Her journey began with her own weight loss challenge. After focusing on her family and using it as an excuse to skip the gym, she woke up one day, looked at a recent picture of herself, saw a girl she didn’t recognize and decided it was time! Time to get healthy, time to lose weight and time to make herself as much of a priority as she had her family. A new gym announced they were being built in her area and Jodi joined before they even broke ground!
After a year of attending group fitness classes, Jodi decided that she could become a bigger part of the equation by becoming a Certified Fitness Instructor, and when that wasn’t enough and she wanted to make a bigger impact, Jodi became a Certified Personal Trainer. Jodi’s desire to get people to recognize their own need to get and to stay healthy motivated her to create programs like “The Biggest Loser” and a “Little Black Dress” Boot Camp, classes that focused on women who desired like-minded goals and an environment where women could share the same challenges. It also created a platform to address women’s health, something Jodi is very passionate about…the need for mammograms, how to work out with a child in tow, the importance of appropriate fitness clothing and shoes and the value of THEIR OWN HEALTH without guilt! Jodi’s enthusiasm to bring fitness classes to central Ohio businesses and consumers is contagious, as she is now our Business Development Manager!
